What you'll do
- Identify and approach real estate agencies, agents and property owners across Dhaka
- Run the pitch end to end — first call, demo, onboarding, first listings live
- Keep existing partners active and hear what they need from the product
- Feed what you learn in the field back to the product and marketing teams
What we're looking for
- 1–3 years in sales, business development or account management (real estate a plus, not required)
- Comfortable opening conversations with people you have never met
- Fluent Bangla and workable English, written and spoken
- Organised enough to run your own pipeline without being chased
